Wrap Up 2021 with Gartner Peer Insights

As 2021 comes to a close, your teams are busy wrapping up different initiatives and putting plans together for the new year. To ensure you are starting 2022 off on the right foot with your Gartner Peer Insights program, our team has put together a “checklist” of items that will set you up for success:

 

1. Update your company logo

Go to the Markets and Products option under the Profile dropdown to update your company logos. After inserting your company logo, our team will review and approve your updated logo. Yes, this approval process is necessary because yes, we’ve received submissions for pictures of pets, families, etc. by accident!

 

2. Update your subscriptions to receive notifications for certain markets/products

The Gartner Peer Insights team pulls contacts that have subscribed to specific markets, products, or review sourcing links to send you emails about that specific area. For example, if you run Product Marketing for the Endpoint Protection Platforms market, make sure you are subscribed to that market so that you receive email notifications from our team about an upcoming Voice of the Customer for the Endpoint Protection Platforms market.

 

 

3. Double check your email preferences

Ensure you are opted-in to receive email notifications from the Gartner Peer Insights team. You don’t want to miss out on our monthly newsletter, Voice of the Customer updates, promotional offers and more!

   

4. Set a reminder to download our Voice of the Customer Publication Calendar

The Gartner Peer Insights team updates the publication calendar frequently to include new markets where we may potentially publish a Voice of the Customer document, alter dates, etc. Give yourself enough time to plan and strategize for any upcoming Voice of the Customer by downloading the roadmap often.

 

5. Add a dynamic marketing widget to your website

The Gartner Peer Insights marketing widget is an aggregated, real-time view of a vendor’s review and ratings in a particular market that you can host on your site to add credibility and drive conversions. There are different styles available and ways to customize the widget so it blends seamlessly on your public website.

 

   

6. Update who has access to the portal via your Teams section

Have new colleagues in Customer Marketing that just joined your organization? Did leadership recently ask your team of 5 to own customer review sites? Providing access to anyone within your organization is complimentary, and can be done via the Teams option under the Profile dropdown. Email your Program Manager or PeerInsightsVendorSuccess@gartner.com if any individuals that are still listed should no longer have access.

 

7. Join an Onboarding Session!

If you have not yet joined an onboarding call or would like a refresher, sign up here. The onboarding covers the basics of Gartner Peer Insights.

 

 

8. Stay updated on new markets opened

The Gartner Peer Insights team regularly updates the market categories available on the site. Stay up-to-date on markets we open by visiting the New Markets blog post each month.
