Gartner is very happy to announce the publication of “The Future of Sales in 2025: A Gartner Trend Insight Report.”

In this special report, we establish what sales leaders and CRM applications leaders need to know now about how B2B sales strategies, processes, and technology are transforming.

The next five years will be feature these B2B imperatives:  digital scalability, hyper automation, and artificial intelligence.

These imperatives are sea-changes. They are driven transformations in buyer behavior, customer engagement processes, and technology.  For example, we examine how changes in buyer preferences, plus the necessity of virtual selling, mean that sales will fundamentally change their go-to-market strategy.

This is a multi-year effort.  Phase 1 of this special report features 17 research notes. It includes contributions from the Gartner for Sales Leaders, IT Leaders, and Tech Service Providers practices.  Phase 2 will publish in January 2021.
