- The SPM market grew approximately 1.1%, as measured by spend on all software, consulting and managed services across SPM and human capital management (HCM) providers where HCM functions are used for sales processes
- SPM vendors unveiled attractive new features in the past year, including crowd-sourced incentive compensation benchmarks, application marketplaces, and improved coaching functionality
- Several vendors posted strong revenue gains and strong customer acquisition rates since the last Magic Quadrant published
