How does a financial services organization – a bank, insurance company – use digital technologies in innovative ways to deliver products and services to their customers, to generate new revenue for the organization?
The Gartner Financial Services Industries group is looking for those financial services organizations who are innovating, creating innovative digital products and services, transforming customer service or legacy systems, growing the business with digital technology.
Award will be given in the following five categories:
Most Innovative New Digital Product
- Most Innovative Digital Customer Service Enhancement
- Most Innovative Technology Legacy Transformation Initiative
- Most Innovative Application of Digital Technology to Grow the Business
- Most Promising Digital Business Transformation Initiative

Gartner, Inc. is accepting nominations for the inaugural 2015 Gartner Financial Services Cool Business Awards. Nominations will be accepted through July 31 via an online entry form. Entry is open to any end-user institution that has implemented an innovative digital initiative, product or service within the financial services industry in the relevant award categories during the past year.
