Can I change my Peer Insights review after I’ve posted it?

In time you will be able to edit a review directly from the website. For now, if you need to make any edits or changes, please contact peerinsights@gartner.com.

If I submit a Peer Insights review, how long before it appears online?

After you submit your review, it enters the moderation process, which ensures that all reviews are authentic and unbiased. This process generally takes up to 3 business days. If you do not receive an update on your review after this time, please feel free to reach out to us at peerinsights@gartner.com.

How many times may an individual submit a Peer Insights review?

There is no limit on the number of Peer Insights reviews that an individual can submit – though only one review can be submitted on a given vendor’s products in any given market, and you must be qualified to write each review.

Can I write a review on a product that’s not listed on Peer Insights?

Yes, you can review a vendor/product that is not listed on Gartner Peer Insights. However, the review will only be published once the product is live on Gartner Peer Insights.
