Vendor Experience Update! Improved Email Communications

The Peer Insights team values feedback for our platform to remain successful. We have reviewed the feedback and learned that many individuals expressed desire for clearer instructions on what to do after submitting a request or review. This includes when a reviewer submits a review or when a vendor submits a request through the Technology Provider Tool (TPT).

From the feedback that was provided, we have changed our messaging to be more:

 
  • Succinct
  • Specific
  • Directional
  • Actional

 Our new messaging will provide a summary of what was submitted, explain the issue, provide directions on how to revise the issue, and have direct links to where this issue can be easily resolved. Below is an example of an email when a review needs to be revised before being approved:
