Important Updates to the Gartner Peer Insights Voice of Customer Report

The Voice of the Customer note just got better, as we prioritize the content/graphics to help end-users make better purchasing decisions!
Gartner Peer Insights has always been committed to ensuring that our reviews and data outputs are of the highest value to our end-user clients and vendors alike. We have continuously reached out to many of you for feedback on the Gartner Peer Insights platform and the Voice of the Customer research document, with the goal to ensure that we are constantly evolving our products to serve your most critical needs, both in present time and in the future. As a result of end-user and vendor feedback, we will be making a few updates to the Voice of the Customer document.
First, we’ve done a few “cosmetic” changes to put the visual focus on the datasets and figures that end-users love, and you find most valuable. We’ve prioritized those images that are most helpful to end-users, and within the document you will see ancillary changes to the graphics, text, and overall doc format.
We are also making the document text truer to the actual voice of your customer. The goal is to complement the Magic Quadrant (the “expert research”) further and continue to serve as an additional resource for end users in their buying process.
With this new look, our intention is to give your prospects and current customers a punchier snapshot of your placement in the market, and easier to understand explanations into the “why” behind the numbers.

Voice of the Customer documents published from July 2020 and on will have the updates incorporated. More to come in our semi-annual webinar in July. Stay tuned!
