Temporary Pause on Select Personalized EmailsACTIVE

As of mid-April 2021, select personalized emails that you may have received on a weekly basis are on pause as our team looks to further enhance the communications you receive.
Email notifications on temporary hold include:
- Reviews update notifications – Overall email status on # of new reviews published. You are still able to view this data within the Published Reviews tab by filtering by date, or within your Review Sourcing Links reporting.
- Update on gift card funds balance – This includes both Vendor-funded and Gartner-funded gift card balances. View your gift card balance at any time by visiting your Review Sourcing Links reporting.
- Personalized weekly Voice of the Customer/Customers’ Choice emails – You will still receive email notifications letting you know a Voice of the Customer is upcoming for your market and that your Standings Page is live with applicable dates for review eligibility. Access the link to your Standings Page at any time via your Dashboard view.
While these notifications are on pause, your aligned Program Manager may reach out to you on a case-by-case basis (Ex. Status of low gift card funds). As these personalized emails return we will update you accordingly.
