The Gartner Peer Insights Vendor Success Team has designed the new Vendor Webinar Series to cover the most commonly requested topics by vendors. Whether you just attended an Onboarding Session and are looking to learn more, or have been with Gartner Peer Insights for a while but need a refresh on a specific topic, these sessions are for you.

 

For the most comprehensive overview of Gartner Peer Insights, we recommend first attending an Onboarding Session, then attending sessions 1-5 in order. Register for an Onboarding Session now.

   

1. Review Sourcing Best Practices

  • I am new to my role and/or organization and want to learn more about a specific topic mentioned in the Onboarding Session
  • I have been newly assigned to manage Gartner Peer Insights for my organization and need a refresh on key topics, like rejected reviews or the Voice of the Customer document
  • I know a little about Gartner Peer Insights, but want to learn more about the key programs you offer, like the Customer First Program
  • I am interested in getting our program started but unsure of the next steps and would like to know sourcing best practices, how to market my reviews, etc.

After joining any of the Vendor Webinar sessions, you will be sent a follow up email with next steps. This email will include the webinar’s recording and a recap of the main topics covered with helpful links.

 

How is this different to a 1:1 Strategy Session with my Program Manager?

 

The available Vendor Webinar sessions cover the most commonly discussed topics with Program Managers, and synthesize them into easy to consume sessions. Each webinar dives deep into the specific topic at hand. By attending the entire series, you are setting (and even expanding) your foundation of Gartner Peer Insights knowledge.
