Marketing Widget


The marketing widget is an aggregated, real-time view of a vendor’s review and ratings in a particular market on Gartner Peer Insights that you can host on your site to add credibility and drive conversions.

To host the widget on your site, all you need to do is copy the code or use sample code to add links to your website. Follow instructions for updating the code to make it live on your website!

Customer First Program


The Gartner Peer Insights Customer First Program is a voluntary program for vendors where they are committed as an organization to asking all customers for reviews. These vendors value feedback from all customers, regardless if the reviews are positive or negative. After meeting requirements to join the program, Customer First participating vendors receive an exclusive Customer First badge and access to Readership Analytics.

Reprint Opportunity: Voice of the Customer


The Gartner Peer Insights Voice of the Customer is a peer content report that applies a methodology to aggregated Gartner Peer Insights’ reviews in a market to provide an overall perspective for IT decision makers. The Voice of the Customer solely contains end user feedback and is a complement to expert research (like a Magic Quadrant, Critical Capabilities, etc.). It plays a key role in the IT buying process for end-users. This document is featured on the Gartner website as a research note, similar to other reports like Magic Quadrants, Market Guides, Hype Cycles, etc.

Reprint Opportunity: Lessons Learned


The Gartner Peer Insights Peer Lessons Learned report is a thought leadership document that synthesizes lessons learned from end users who have implemented a software or IT service. The report focuses on the responses to the questions: “If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?” and “What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?” This document is being used to educate buyers early in the sales funnel and according to Gartner research IT buyers value third party thought leadership content when making a purchasing decision more than any other content type.
