As I last shared in the Vendor Webinar on 15-July and in my June blog on validation and moderation , we remain committed to ensuring the reviews on Gartner Peer Insights are of the highest quality.

This commitment means we not only review current submissions, but conduct ongoing retroactive assessments of previously approved reviews using our most current validation and moderation techniques.

With a recent uptick in suspicious review submissions I wanted to make you aware that you may see review approval/rejection fluctuate more than normal over the next several weeks. Additional details are also shared in the Gartner Ombudsman Blog.
