Edit Team Access with the ‘Primary Contact’ Role

Is your Team access for the Technology Provider Tool backend vendor portal outdated and needs to be cleaned up? You now have the ability to be assigned as the Primary Contact admin role on the dashboard.

 

If you would like to be assigned as the Primary Contact for your organization, please reach out to your aligned Program Manager or contact PeerInsightsVendorSuccess@gartner.com.

 

Being a Primary Contact allows you to have self-service control over the Team access, so you can add, edit, and remove contacts who have access to the vendor portal.

 

To remove a contact from the Team, simply click the “Delete” icon:  

 

   

 

Primary Contact privileges also allows you to manage review sourcing links for your entire organization at the click of the button. Managing your review sourcing links allows you to turn links off, extend vendor-funded gift card periods (if it hasn’t expired), and edit description details.

   

To edit Review Sourcing Links, click the “Manage” button to the right of the links. Then, click the “Edit” button on the top right of the reporting page to edit the link options.
