Customer First Program Update – Badges are Now Live!

As part of planned enhancements to the Gartner Peer Insights Customer First program announced during our January 2021 vendor webinar (access recording here), we shared that we would be launching badge recognition in March 2021.


Badge Recognition for Customer First Vendors is Now Live!


All vendors who are officially part of the Customer First program now have a unique program badge that appears on their Profile, Product Overview, and Review pages to signal their commitment to the program to end-users, prospects, and readers accessing their reviews.



The Customer First badge will automatically go live upon officially being added to the Customer First program by the Gartner Peer Insights team. At this time, there is no minimum review # requirement for your badge to appear next to your live profile.


Note: If you are currently part of the Customer First Program, we have automatically “turned on” the badge on your profile.


Customer First Badge Usage in Marketing Materials


Just as you are able to promote Gartner Peer Insights reviews and Customers’ Choice badges, organizations who have committed to the program are also now able to leverage the Customer First program badge in external marketing to signal to prospects that you care about customer feedback and are actively gathering it from your customers.



As is standard, any usage of badges within marketing will need to be approved by the Quote Requests Team at for compliance approvals.


To help you, we will have marketing templates available through April 2021 to assist you with marketing your badge. These will be available in the “Help” and then “Resources” tab of your Technology Provider Tools backend portal.


Join the Customer First Program Now!

  1. Implement the requirements to join the Customer First Program. Learn more via our Customer First Program page.
  2. Submit your Agreement Form to officially be added to the Customer First program.
