Time flies when you’re having fun…and sourcing reviews with complimentary Gartner-funded gift cards!

 

Throughout the month of October, the Gartner Peer Insights team offered a Gift Card Promotion where we funded up to 50 $25 USD gift cards in eligible markets for all vendors. We were thrilled to see so many of our vendors taking advantage of the promotion and utilizing their sourcing links to reach out to their customers. The promotion was a great success and we are happy to share some of the findings with you all:

 

• 390 vendors participated

 

• 641 review sourcing links created

 

• 251 markets sourced reviews into

Just because the Gartner-funded gift card promotion has come to an end does not mean your review sourcing efforts should, too. We always encourage our vendors to source reviews year round to gather the most up to date feedback and insights on your offerings.

 

Creating Review Souring Links is an efficient way to source reviews; it simplifies the process for your end users by selecting which markets and offerings you would like them to review, allows you to offer end users incentives, and enables you to track the success of your campaigns with corresponding reviews funnels for reporting. You can create links now to easily distribute and invite your customers to write a review. If you do choose to offer incentives to motivate your customers to leave reviews through review sourcing links, please keep in mind that all incentive account balances at the end of 2022 will be carried forward to 2023 and the annual incentive fund balance cap will reset on January 1, 2023.
