Reduced Email Communications Starting April 1

We recognize that there are numerous email communications that the Gartner Peer Insights team sends you on a monthly and ongoing basis – and we have heard your feedback on reducing the frequency of these.

 

Effective April 1, 2022, we will no longer send review sourcing email communications to vendors as it relates to when Voice of the Customer Standing Page dashboards go live when there are 60 days left in the review sourcing period, and emails detailing the timing of Lessons Learned reports.  

 

Instead, there are multiple other sources where you can see/receive updates on these – our monthly newsletter, the Voice of the Customer Publication Calendar, and the Lessons Learned Publication Calendar.

 

1. Monthly Newsletter: Where we highlight upcoming deadlines for Voice of the Customer markets, upcoming Lessons Learned reports, and more. Ensure you are opted-in to receive the monthly newsletters:  

     
  • Within the Technology Provider Tool portal, visit the Profile dropdown and select Your Profile
    •  
  • Navigate to your Email Preferences​​
    •  
  • Ensure everything under “Your Peer Insights Updates” are checked and opted-in
    •  
  • Double-check that you have not unsubscribed – You will not receive ANY communications from Gartner Peer Insights if you are unsubscribed

   

 

 

 

2. Voice of the Customer Publication Calendar Updated frequently to reflect the most up-to-date markets and dates for potential Voice of the Customer reports:  

     
  • Within the Technology Provider Tool portal, visit the Help dropdown and select Resources
    •  
  • Option 1: Download the calendar via the right-hand side quick link​​
    •  
  • Option 2: Scroll down to the Leveraging Reviews section
    •  

 

3. Lessons Learned Publication Calendar Highlights markets and estimated dates we will publish a Lessons Learned document:  

     
  • Within the Technology Provider Tool portal, visit the Help dropdown and select Resources​​
    •  
  • Option 2: Scroll down to the Leveraging Reviews section and select Lessons Learned
    •
