TWO Must-Attend Sessions for Analytics Providers at the 2017 Gartner Tech Growth & Innovation Conf

The countdown is on!  We are only two weeks away from the 2017 Gartner Tech Growth and Innovation Conference in Huntington Beach, CA. This is the only Gartner event tailored specifically for technology and service providers (TSPs).  If you want to hear from Gartner analysts about how to improve go-to-market strategies and grow your business, this is the event for you.  You also can sign up to meet with analysts in person to discuss your specific challenges.  There are still a few spots available to register for the conference and the workshops/roundtables.

If you an analytics software provider or an enterprise application provider looking to add more analytics to your offering, I will presenting a session highlighting which analytics segments are growing (and declining) and how software providers should respond to the changing landscape.  I will also be moderating a roundtable focused on embedded analytics.  The session can be added to your personal agenda, while the roundtable requires advance registration and space is limited, so register now.

Here are the specifics for my analytics focused sessions:

  • Monday, June 19th at 11:00 AM – Roundtable: Invisible Analytics Everywhere.  In this interactive round table, we will discuss how embedded analytics are different than traditional BI and analytics. We will also share strategies, technologies and best practices that software application vendors are using to add more advanced analytics in order to better compete in their market.
  • Tuesday, June 20th at 11:45 AM – Presentation: Grab a Slice of the Hottest Pie – Market Opportunities in Analytics and BI.   Analytics and BI continue be at the top of the CIO priority list but focusing on the wrong segments will result in failure to grow revenue and/or profit. During this session, will leverage Gartner’s latest Market Opportunity Map to describe the most lucrative market segments for TSPs — and how to manage your business in the lower-growth segments.

There are lots of other great sessions at the event – from thought-provoking keynotes to insightful breakout sessions to interactive workshops and roundtables.  Plus, you will have an opportunity to network with your peers.
