I joined Gartner 2.5 years ago as a talent sourcer, and have since advanced into a recruiting role. I’m based out of our Egham, UK office and am responsible for hiring talent for a variety of roles within our Client Service Organization (CSO) across the EMEA region.  This includes our Internship and Services Leadership Graduate Program.

What exactly is Client Services?

The Client Services team adds to Gartner’s success by keeping our clients engaged and informed.  Our talented team makes it all possible.

We look for people who are:

  • driven
  • proactive
  • great communicators
  • well-organized

Who will:

  • build value-added relationships
  • be client’s go-to contact
  • improve customer experience

Want to know what else makes us even more successful?

We hire multilingual associates who can connect with clients in their native language.  This allows us to provide more personalized experiences and ensure they get the most value from our services. Speaking with them in their local language not only adds a personal touch but can also accelerate the pace of business.

I consider myself very fortunate to be based in our UK headquarters where I am surrounded by folks from all over the world who speak many different languages. It’s important to acknowledge that multilingual associates often have greater cultural awareness and bring new perspectives which can be instrumental to our success.   I have recruited for approximately 16 languages including French, German, Dutch, Norwegian, and Arabic speakers, Russian, Turkish, Hebrew, Finnish, Swedish, Italian, and many more. Do you speak more than one language and want to advance your career?  Join our growing team.

Let’s face it, it doesn’t matter how great our reputation is, or what our company has to offer if we cannot effectively communicate it.  Clients who are engaged, and informed are able to make better business decisions, ultimately helping them achieve success.  What’s in it for us? Successful clients are happy clients, and happy clients continue to leverage our services – which makes it possible for Gartner to remain the world’s leading research and advisory company.
