Gartner’s Research & Advisory Team Empowers Leaders to Drive Change with the DEI Resource Hub

During times of increased pressure, our clients look to us to provide unbiased, objective insights, so they can make the right decisions for their organizations with confidence. Gartner associates aim to tackle real-world challenges with real-time solutions. Members of our Research & Advisory team work to develop and deliver the insights, advice and one-on-one guidance clients need to adapt to the changing macro-environment.

As a part of our ongoing commitment to combat racism, we’ve recently launched a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Resource Center on gartner.com. The DEI Resource Center offers complimentary content to candidates, clients and prospects to help business leaders take decisive action to achieve racial justice and equity.

This complimentary resource is to help Gartner clients embed greater diversity, equity and inclusion in their leadership strategies and organization, with content from our HR practice as well as insights from other research practices as well. Our team works tirelessly to ensure our insights will help the business leaders of today adapt, execute and achieve their mission-critical-priorities. To do so, we’ll continue to add content and enrich the center with new tools and perspectives over the coming weeks and months.

Within the DEI Resource Center, you can find:

“We’re committed to doing more to combat racism and helping our clients do the same,” says Mike Harris, EVP, Research & Advisory. “The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Resource Center is one of the actions we’re taking to effect this vital change.”
