Describe your job in 25 words or less: I provide comprehensive Gartner solutions to clients; help them make the right decisions about technology and business.

What originally attracted you to Gartner? As someone who doesn’t have a background in the IT industry, I knew that joining Gartner, a top brand in the industry, would give me the confidence I needed to start my career successfully. Because I came from the market research industry, joining Gartner was a new adventure for me.

What is your favorite part about working for Gartner? Always facing challenges and learning to embrace change. I joined Gartner just one year ago, but I have already faced several different client groups and handled several critical business cases. This energizes me every day because each day has its own unique challenges, no two days are exactly the same!  I enjoy being able to help my clients as we further develop our relationship.

How has Gartner helped you in your career development? Thanks to Gartner’s best-in-class training system, I have the confidence to handle different business situations. Gartner gives you the confidence and ability to make things happen and problem solve, which are skills that I can benefit from throughout my entire career. I look forward to continuous professional development at Gartner.

What aspect of your role do you enjoy the most? Client recognition.
