Describe your best employee. What unique qualities does this employee possess that makes them stand out? My best employee embraces a no-limits mindset. This person does not take no for an answer and challenges the status quo. They also have great sales and business acumen, and clients view them as a business partner as opposed to a sales professional.
When interviewing a candidate, what are 3 things you look for? A refuse-to-lose attitude, curiosity and integrity.
Describe your management style: I am not scared to get my hands dirty, but I also encourage my team to take their own initiative. Everything is built on trust and respect, where everyone’s development is essential. It is not about me, but it is about my team. Integrity is key.
What advice do you have for members of your team, or someone considering joining your team? You are not alone — leverage those around you to strive for success. However, I can’t want it for you; it needs to come from you.
