Gartner Hiring Managers and Top Sales Professionals Network In New York
Recently, Gartner held an exclusive networking event for top sales professionals in our Research Board offices in midtown New York City. This event offered sales professionals throughout the area an opportunity to network with Invest Sales hiring managers and area managers, while the managers were able to meet with potential candidates before entering into the formal interview and hiring process.
This event was a unique opportunity for both parties to get to know each other in an informal setting. Many of the personality traits that are typically hard to grasp in a phone interview were easily revealed during the networking event. Given this one-on-one time, hiring managers are able to explain why Gartner, the world’s leading research and advisory firm, is the right career choice for sales professionals, as the market is rather competitive.
