Share a success story about your team: As we are a new team that started last year, we have been building a quick road to success. Since last summer, our team has been expanded from two to seven people and has been performing very well and are showing a strong positive performance curve. People ask us what the reasons are that we do so well. The main reason is the strong collaborative bond within the team and the willingness to really help each other. We coach each other every single day to perform at the best of our ability. Besides, we are an innovative team that constantly brainstorms how to improve performance and do better. We also try to ingrain this in the mindset of new hires. By coaching them intensively and teaching them the best practices we have been able to really set our name as a team. This collaborative approach helps new hires to quickly adopt and to raise the bar straight from the beginning. This whole approach of coaching, constantly brainstorming about ways to improve and helping (new) team members has helped Team Panorama to be among the top 3 performing teams globally within six months!
What role does your team play in Gartner’s success? We make sure Gartner for Technical Professionals clients receive value that far surpasses their initial investment.
What are 3 of the most important responsibilities/tasks of your team?
- Advising clients on various IT and organizational-related topics they work on by identifying their core problems and providing solutions that help them to move forward.
- Guiding clients through projects throughout the project lifetime.
- Developing and writing engagement plans together with other internal departments, as we have valuable insights about the IT topics the clients are working on. This information can help other parts of the organization to serve the client in the best possible way.
What advice do you have for members of your team, or someone considering joining your team? This team always wants to improve the world by helping other people and organizations to do better every single day. This typifies the team’s mentality and attitude that I would recommend to everyone wanting to apply.
