Why did you choose Gartner? I have worked within tech for the past three years and it has always been an interest of mine. Gartner challenges learning and growth, which are two aspects I was looking for when Gartner contacted me.
How long have you worked at Gartner? Almost a year.
What makes Gartner a great place to work? The people, the culture and the clients. I have an incredible team and manager who motivates everyone to strive and perform to their best. We laugh yet get down to business to overcome possible obstacles. The clients keep the job exciting. All clients have different projects and initiatives, which makes the job diverse and enjoyable.

Describe your best employee. What unique qualities does he/she possess that makes them stand out? Not only do we have the same first name, but we are both covering the Swedish market. Anna Spanner is a driven, focused, competitive, outside–the-box thinker. She’s funny, social and influential, and she’s an inspiring Client Partner, which makes her an incredible employee (shown by her global ranking results) and a fantastic teammate.

What are 3 main functions or job duties of your employees? Align strategic resources to help clients make better decisions, deliver value from the license that they invested in and help them save time.
What advice do you have for members of your team, or someone considering joining your team? There will be challenges along the way, but it is incredibly rewarding to be able to work with clients through these challenges and see the business outcomes and the change made in the end.
