What originally attracted you to Gartner? I was originally attracted to Gartner when they came on-site at my university and did a company presentation. What stood out to me during this presentation was the professionalism, not only of the business as a whole, but of the presenters, too. The presentation was delivered by an Area Manager and an Account Manager, which gave me a real insight as to what the role would be like. Throughout the presentation, collaboration was a constant theme. They showed that they really do care about their people and their development. I knew that this was a company I want to be a part of.

You really do get to make a tangible impact on an institution.
What advice would you give to recent new hires? Be a sponge. Ask as many questions as you can and don’t be afraid to make mistakes. You can learn so much, from so many different people and you truly never stop learning at Gartner.
