Gartner Recognized As A Best Place To Work For LGBTQ Equality

BP_18-4cGartner has been recognized as a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality with a top score of 100 percent on the 2018 Corporate Equality Index.

The Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index (CEI) is the national benchmarking tool on corporate policies and practices pertinent to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer employees.

Gartner’s 2018 award follows recognition received by CEB in previous years.

Brian McAlpin, Senior Director, Pricing and David Dunleavy, Senior Account Director, co-chairs of an Employee Resource Group share their response to the 2018 award:

“Being named one of the ‘Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality’ is a tremendous recognition of the work that is being done to foster an environment of inclusion and acceptance for all Gartner associates. We’re encouraged by the steps we are taking to attract the best and brightest talent into an environment where every associate knows they are valued and will be treated equally to their peers. We’re proud of this great milestone for Gartner and excited for the possibilities ahead.”
