What is your favorite part about working for Gartner? Helping people
What advice do you have for prospective Gartner candidates? Go for the job! It’s such an amazing company!
What has been your proudest moment at Gartner? Hearing my customer say to my boss that he is amazed with the Gartner service he receives and the AE attention to every detail. He also mentioned he never got that from any vendor.
What are 3 career lessons you’ve learned while at Gartner? Mindset is most important! Teamwork is critical. There is always a way to help a customer.
What advice would you give to recent new hires? Never give up —there is always a way to help your prospects achieve their goals!
If you could interview one person (dead or alive) who would it be and why? My grandmother Stefania, she is an absolutely amazing person. She always has a positive approach, she’s very fair and her life history is amazing!
What are 3 words that best describe you? Positive, helpful, competitive.
What is one thing unique about you that people would be surprised if they knew? My intuition never misleads me!
If you could switch your job with anyone else within Gartner whose job would you want and why? I love my job — I would not switch it for anything.
