Who has been a mentor for you here at Gartner? How have they helped you? Nancy Shah, my manager. From my first day, she has been always there — not only for me but for the entire team. She is really the life support for us. She understands and respects the people working with her and does not treat us merely as a resource.
What advice do you have for prospective Gartner candidates? Don’t just join Gartner due to its brand name. Understand the job description properly and take your decision because work is what’s going to keep you happy & hungry for more.
What has been your proudest moment at Gartner? I believe it would be this one — to be featured in the Employee Spotlight newsletter.
What advice would you give to recent new hires? Be impatient. Explore anything and everything that can help you to grow and largely helps the business to grow.

If you were to write a book about yourself, what would you name it? “Almost There” – I always say this to myself whenever I feel low and doubtful about something — you are almost there and you can do it.
