Describe your job in 100 words or less: I am responsible for defining and executing impactful integrated marketing programs in support of the regional revenue growth goals. I work closely with Sales to ensure the positive impact of these programs, and my team provides tools and resources to be able to quickly move prospects to loyal Gartner clients. I also work closely with different business units to ensure we are ‘One Gartner.’
What originally attracted you to Gartner? The fact I could support the creation of a new Gartner branch in the country, leveraging my expertise and know-how.
Who has been a mentor for you here at Gartner? How have they helped you? The Country Manager in those days. He helped me understand the Gartner culture, the acronyms and the methodologies behind research.
What is your favorite part about working for Gartner? Working with clients (internally and externally) building new tools and enhanced programs.
How has Gartner helped you in your career development? I had the opportunity to understand new cultures, new ways of thinking, sales language and goals, and new approaches to the market — great for my professional development.
What advice do you have for prospective Gartner candidates? Be ready to work hard but at the same time work with best–in-class people.

What aspect of your role do you enjoy the most? Talking to clients, working with Sales and other stakeholders, coaching people and measuring the impact of different activities.
