Describe your team in 25 words or less: We are a family. They love spending time together, sharing ideas and pushing one another to achieve excellence. They uncover fun where you never thought christmas

Why did you choose Gartner? The way current employees glowed when asked about where they worked…I was sold.

What was your first role at Gartner? Client Partner AMA End User.

How long have you worked at Gartner? 4 years.

What makes Gartner a great place to work? The people. The spirit of collaborative competition is unmatchable.

Describe yourself in 3 words: Expressive, eccentric, genuine.

Share a fun fact about yourself: I used to have two pet domestic skunks….they were awesome!

Describe your best employee. What unique qualities does he/she possess that makes them stand out? I have a team of top performers who are all uniquely awesome….that is why they are so much better when they are together.

When interviewing a candidate, what are 3 things you look for: Drive, clock-speed and passion for service. All are nonnegotiable.

Share a success story about your team: Last year we had our best year ever by all of our success indicators. Record highs for activity, engagement and retention…… so proud!

What role does your team play in Gartner’s success? We make sure every client who has access to Gartner receives 10x value on their investment, making retention a given so our sales partners can focus on growth.

What are 3 main functions or job duties of your employees? Talk to our clients on a minimum quarterly basis, having a strategic MCP discussion and aligning Gartner resources (Activity). Make sure every client is engaging in all of their entitlements so they can find value (Engagement). Build TBVA relationships to gain clients for life (Retention).pic3

What advice do you have for members of your team or someone considering joining your team? Embrace the growth mindset, and when in doubt ask yourself “What is the right thing to do by the client?”

Why would a prospective candidate want to join your team? I have been leading this amazing team of 8 for a year and a half now. Seven of the original 8 have been promoted. Client Partner is the perfect role for a driven individual with a passion for service. You will learn how to build strategic business partnerships, overcome challenges, grow as a professional and become a retention expert. You will be surrounded by fun, energetic people who will push you to be the best CP possible. We pursue excellence everyday on my team.
