How has Gartner helped you in your career development
Gartner has helped me to be more innovative, interactive, handle different processes and be multi-tasked. Gartner has given me the opportunity to represent Research Engagement Services (RES) for Gartner Events (Summits and Symposiums) at an international level and to interact with Gartner associates and clients globally. Gartner has helped me work on personal and developmently skills by giving me the opportunity to be a part of the Communication Training conducted by Dale Carnegie’s Institute. It’s always been a learning curve for me at Gartner.
In your opinion what three words best describe Gartner?
What has been your proudest moment at Gartner?
My proudest moment was to represent RES at the first Gartner India Symposium in the year 2011 and thereafter being awarded twice as Employee of the Year. Being nominated as RSO Associate for showing TOM (Total Ownership Mindset) and being awarded with a cute TOM Cat.
What aspect of your role do you enjoy the most?
I love working in a pleasant atmosphere, meeting and interacting with different people and building good relationship. Also I enjoy being a part of Training, mentoring and collaborating with other teams.
What advice would you give to recent new hires?
First of all be yourself, be ready to take up new challenges, be confident and open to feedback, have positive mindset, share innovative ideas, be open for any change that comes across, learn best practices from others and implement.
What is one thing unique about you that people would find interesting?
I am a fun-loving person and love to spend my time visiting children in the orphanage.
