A content services platform is the foundation of a content services strategy, providing a broad set of capabilities for managing content and putting it to effective use. Application leaders of CSP programs can use this research to identify best-fit solutions for their content services initiatives.

Eric Thoo and colleagues just published the Critical Capabilities for Data Integration Tools.

Data integration tools address a wide range of use cases that rely on key data delivery capabilities for their success. This research will help data and analytics leaders to understand the relative strengths that vendors exhibit across these capabilities and pick the right tools for their needs.
