New Research: Update Strategic Road Map for Enterprise Information Management

by Andrew White  |  March 29, 2017  |  Comments Off on New Research: Update Strategic Road Map for Enterprise Information Management

I finally got round to updating our Strategic Road Map for Enterprise Information Management.

Enterprise information management is a business-led program to structure all data and analytics initiatives to drive better business outcomes. Here, we explain how data and analytics leaders, including chief data officers, can align their data and analytics investments to deliver enterprise success.

This important program model works well for any data and/or analytics program that does not have its own best-practice program model; and it can also be used to help align, link and leverage people, process, data and technology across all enterprise-class programs and projects.

While you can “rate” this note online, please do send specific feedback to the author as well. We crave direct feedback on how to improve our work. Thanks.
