My colleague, Frank Buytendijk and others just published this note: Toolkit: Kick-start the conversation on Digital Ethics, 2016.

t takes practice to discuss digital ethics and deal with the associated ethical dilemmas. This Toolkit has a library of close to 100 real-world cases drawn from the public domain, which will help IT leaders address their own dilemmas and prepare appropriate responses when new ones arise.
