Toby Bell

Toby Bell is a research VP for Gartner, the leading provider of global research and analysis on the information technology industry. Gartner serves more than 10,000 clients, including chief business and IT executives in corporations and government agencies, as well as technology companies and the investment community. Gartner focuses on delivering objective, in-depth analysis and actionable advice to enable clients to make more informed business and technology decisions.  Mr. Bell is responsible for covering a range of analytics, business process, and content management technologies as well as vendors and trends in those marketplaces. He serves hundreds of clients primarily in the Financial Services, Government, Healthcare, and Manufacturing vertical markets. Prior to joining Gartner, Toby held key senior management positions at Andersen, Ernst & Young, and other business advisory services organizations, focused primarily on business intelligence, analytics and process improvement.
