I use Pandora vs. last.fm, I guess mostly due to the fact I found it first. I agree about this being the best of the web2.0 world. I also love iTunes Genius features and Shazam on the iphone to find music to buy. I especially like Shazam since it comes really close to my WIBNI (wouldn't it be nice if) nirvana, I hear a song I like on the radio and I can figure out what it is and buy it for home in one go. I think there is something here about next generation "personalization" find a way to get me not only what I like but what I will like. Amazon has been trying for years but somehow goes a bit south when you buy a random gift for someone and forever get recommended books on aging or baby stuff.
