IT Leaders: Create Your Own Hype Cycles
Toolkit: My Hype Cycle, 2009, a new toolkit exclusively for Gartner for IT Leaders seatholders, marks the first time clients can download data from Gartner and create their own Hype Cycle of the technologies that are meaningful to them.
The toolkit allows clients to access and download our extensive repository of 1,600+ Hype Cycle technologies via an Excel spreadsheet, select the ones that best fit with their environment and create a customized Hype Cycle graphic. They can then develop their own strategic analysis of emerging technologies based on their unique position.
With the toolkit, clients can easily sort and filter the technology profiles to help them make critical decisions for their enterprises. For example, from all the Hype Cycles published this year, they can select and view all the transformational technologies that will reach plateau in less than two years.
