Sequence hooks into back-end systems and connects to the Microsoft Desktop and SharePoint. It automates processes that support human tasks and processes, dynamically updating ERP data, based on business rules, logic, system integrations and tasks (often called Case Management). Benefits fall into two categories: 1/ faster and cheaper development of processes and 2/ faster and more efficient way of managing process changes.
How does your organization align to this year’s theme of “Re-imagining IT”?

Are you working on anything on the horizon that you can share with attendees?
PNMsoft is now extending human-centric processing to include mobile and cloud end users. This means providing structured processes to non-structured or mobile workers at a fraction of the cost of older technologies. An example is customer service, where workers outside of the CRM system can still – in real time – provide a better service through the collaboration capability of Sequence, as a change in the CRM system will automatically kick off managing a customer complaint, and deliver the information to the mobile device of an Account Manager.
