Attendee Snap Survey: Mobile Techs you use

Thanks for the many of you who responded to our quick onsite survey yesterday. The topic of the day was “mobile technologies” and here’s what we learned:
Which phone do you have?
- 43% of you have an iPhone.
- 26% have a Blackberry.
- 14% have an Android phone.
- The remainder are equally divided between the Windows and Symbian platforms.
The call of the apps
- Voice communications still represents a significant percentage of your mobile phone use
- Half of you say you use your phones most of the time for applications other than voice.
Tablets, tablets everywhere
- 68% of you already have an iPad! And another 8.5% plan to get one.
- Only 6% of you have a non-iPad tablet device, with another 7% planning to get one.
- 10% of you have no plans to get any kind of tablet device. For now…
