		<description>Social media is a useful tool to bridge the gap between customers and businesses. To the companies who use these mediums for that purpose, kudos. 

However, social media does not utililize an immediate, interactive customer support solution. A customer wants good answers fast. Moreover, he wants a personalized experience.</description>
