Gartner continues to expand it’s blog presence, and I am part of the second wave. I am really looking forward to sharing my thoughts outside of the formal research process, and hopefully, having some good give and take with readers.

The main question I have been getting is what will you be talking about? Those of you who know me know that is a tough question to answer. I tend to look at, and be interested, in a wide range of technology issues. Officially, I look at CRM strategy, and broader application strategies. So initially, I expect that will be the emphasis. But again, don’t be surprised to see comments about cloud computing, social networking, consumer devices, or just about anything else that comes across as a bright, shiny bit of technology that catches my eye.

And by all means, post feedback. Let’s make this a dialogue.
