The Times employs a &quot;public editor,&quot; who acts as a public advocate. He certainly handles complaints but, just as my team does, provides his own commentary and handles issues that are&#039;t just complaints. If it was just about complaints, the job wouldn&#039;t be as rewarding as it is! Nancy</description>
