		<description>As a Brazilian and a CRM specialist (I work for Oracle) I can guarantee other countries has a lot to lear about how we deal with Customer Services here. We had a strong legislation (general) and some specific ones (Health Care, Banks, Telcos, etc). The president&#039;s law was just another stone in a long and well done road.
