A group I'm involved with, BCS Management Forum, very recently carried out a Delphi survey of top issues in IT management. 'green IT' and 'The Cloud, SAAS, PAAS, etc came out amongst the top 15 and Web 2.0, social media came in a bit lower. Perhaps they should be added to your list for your 2010 survey later this year.
