My personal blog is also purely tech-focused, but extends beyond my coverage. I mirror posts from it to the Gartner Blog Network, and use the GBN’s RSS feed for comments to reflect GBN comments back to it, so it has the combined view.

Welcome to my blog. My research interests are centered around Internet infrastructure and most recently, cloud computing. However, my pre-Gartner career was mostly spent in operations and engineering at service providers, so I’ve got a bunch of related interests, spanning systems, software, and the management of the people who deal with these things. I hope to write a bit about all sorts of technology topics here.

While this is an official Gartner site, this is not official Gartner research — this is still a personal blog, which means that these are off-the-cuff, unvetted musings.
