My initial impression: consumers, even bleeding edge early technology adopters, are hungry for help, information, advice about how to get a hold of their personal finances. How do I start a budget? How do I manage my money starting *today*? How do I manage my money pay-check-to-pay-check?
What else I heard? They aren’t looking to banks for the answers. They are looking for tools that will help them solve their money problems. The latter is not necessarily exclusive of the former.
