- We are moving towards the lending services hub for our architecture. What are other banks doing?
- What are best practices and challenges for implementing the lending services hub?
- Who owns the processes – the business, or IT?
- What types of things are other banks doing with their loan origination and loan servicing?
- Should we build or buy?
- Who are the key vendors?
Some banks will be in a position to emerge as stronger competitors once the dust from the market crisis settles. Those that are likely to fare best are those that focus on both IT cost containment AND innovation.
