		<description>This crystalises a key issue - and highlights it in shocking fashion. Banks do indeed spend too much time looking internally, and too little focused on their clients. They need to rectify this issue urgently, and start communicating with and reassuring their customers. If they do not, they risk tarnishing their already damaged reputations.</description>
