		<description>We&#039;re seeing great growth as well in the BPM market.  Project management is, as with all IT initiatives, essential to success.  I think more essential is effective communication, culture assessment, and change agency.  The human component must not be overlooked when a BPM initiative is undertaken, nor should the ability to easily define the process in a language easily understood by all stakeholders.</description>
