Got Innovative Processes?

October 24th, 2008 · No Comments

In the whirl of the economic water spout we are in the moment, it’s hard to look past survival. However, there are those crafty organizations, while, taking out costs and time out of their operating costs in the short term, who looking to create innovative processes that win the hearts and minds of their customers. This is one that sounds terrific to me

A Smart Drug Store:

Today the cheapest approach to filling prescriptions is through a mail order process. I can’t tell you how many times things get goofed up with refills especially when the doctor gets in the middle of the mix. Also I have had shipments go lost. Why doesn’t some smart drugstore act as an interface for me so I can chose to pick them up myself or get them through the mail?. Also, if some thing gets caught up in the problem cycle, I have someone I can look in the eye and hold accountable. This gives me the good personal service I like and the drug store can use the cheap drug factory behind the scenes. I get to chose either at my discretion. The drug store also has the benefit of me visiting the retail location to tempt me into buying other things. It’s a “win/win”

I’m sure there are other innovative processes out there to hear about. Got any?
