			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well, it was a busy week at Oracle World in San Francisco. A massive event that was well run. It was so big it felt like the days of Comdex in Las Vegas, before Vegas was a big convention city. The only thing missing was the Chili cook-off.  Other big providers should take note of the size and scope of the event.</p>
<p>The Keynote was interesting and I liked the Blogging tables that were provided. I spent a lot of time at the Beehive demo grounds and watched the reactions of some CIOs to some of the feature sets being shown.</p>
<p>Beehive was launched earlier in the year and <a href="http://blogs.gartner.com/jeffrey_mann/" target="_blank">Jeff Mann</a> and <a href="http://www.gartner.com/AnalystBiography?authorId=25743" target="_blank">Matt Cai</a><a href="http://www.gartner.com/AnalystBiography?authorId=25743" target="_blank">n</a> wrote a <a href="http://www.gartner.com/DisplayDocument?id=669608" target="_blank">First Take</a> about it then. We will have more on this new product in upcoming research&#8230;.</p>
